Ian Wenham
Managing Director
Ian has more than 30 years’ experience in equity research, investment strategy and portfolio management. His experience in Asia over 7 years helps to shape Peak’s international investment strategies for clients.
Ian’s research career started with BZW Meares as an equity analyst before becoming Research Manager Industrials.
In 1988 he became Research Director of the merged BZW and then Regional Research Director of BZW Asia in Hong Kong covering 10 countries.
Prior to joining Peak as CIO in 2003, Ian managed strategic global equity investments for the Lowy family
private fund.
Ian is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia and holds an MBA from the University of New South Wales and a BA from the University
of Adelaide.
