Meet the team

Ian has more than 30 years’ experience in equity research, investment strategy and portfolio management. His experience in Asia over 7 years helps to shape Peak’s international investment strategies for clients.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant, a leading industrial analyst and a portfolio manager with strong business development skills. His experience in the US complements Peak’s international strategy.

Richard has extensive international experience as a portfolio manager in the UK, Hong Kong and Australia, looking after private and institutional clients.

Paul has extensive experience in the financial services industry. He has been a portfolio manager with Navin Asset Management since 2008. He joined the Peak team in 2013.

Kim has more than 16 years administration experience in financial services with Macquarie Bank and Merrill before joining Navin Asset Management in 2004.

Shellee has 25 years administration experience within the financial services industry.

Jonathan has been an Equity Analyst with Peak since 2018, with a focus on Asia-centric equities. Since then, he has expanded his coverage to include Australian smaller companies, global technology, EVs, semiconductors and other emerging thematics that Peak has identified as secular growth stories.

Luke brings five years of experience in financial services to his role as an Equity Analyst on the Peak team. He joined the team in early 2021 and is responsible for generating investment ideas and conducting ongoing research on the team's existing holdings to ensure that they align with the desired outcomes for our clients.

Liam joined the Peak team as an Associate at the start of 2021. Eager to start a career in portfolio management, his current roles include equity research and assisting the directors in providing tailored client investment portfolios.

Marcus has been with Peak since 2021, providing coverage across a range of sectors, most notably real estate, utilities and infrastructure, while remaining vigilant to emerging thematics which are important in the successful execution of Peak’s investment strategy.

Melanie is based in Hong Kong, acting as a business development manager for Peak’s Hong Kong clients.
